81-year-old Mdm Phat lives in a one-room HDB rental flat, and is the sole caregiver of her daughter with Down Syndrome and dementia.
She understands that time is not in her favour, so she has made arrangements for her daughter to be sent to a nursing home and for Cheng Hong Welfare Service Society (CHWSS) to handle her own funeral upon her passing.
