Our Afterlife Memorial Service (AMS) member Mr Yip and his brother were living in an adverse environment. Cheng Hong Welfare Service Society has been reaching out to them for months trying to convince them to allow us to clean their house. The brothers finally agreed.
On 10th July 2022, in collaboration with Helping Joy, 50 volunteers and staff reached the brothers house at 9am. We started to clean, paint and tidy up their house, the project was completed at 4pm. Despite being tired and full of sweat, it was a fulfilling mission for us when we saw the smile on their face.
