The Job

You will devote your attention and skills to the duties assigned to you in your capacity as a TCM Physician, which are listed below:

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional TCM consultation and treatments to patients
  • Attend to patients’ inquiries about treatments and other TCM-related queries
  • Ensure proper documentation of treatment services and medicine assigned to patients in the TCM database
  • Attend TCM health talks and workshops
  • Adhere to the TCM Physician’s Code of Conduct and MOH’s regulatory requirements

Requirement

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in TCM
  • Registered with the Singapore TCM Practitioners Board
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Proficiency in English and preferably in Chinese in order to communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients
  • Be open to learning new things
  • 5.5 Work day week

The Job

The Case Services Executive supports the delivery of funeral and memorial services for elderly members. The role oversees funeral case coordination, supports bereaved families, maintains case documentation, and assists in the planning of memorial programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee assigned funeral cases to ensure dignified and timely service delivery.
  • Liaise with families, vendors, and internal teams to manage funeral arrangements and logistics.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for bereaved families.
  • Provide information, guidance, and basic emotional support during funeral arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records of funeral cases in the internal system.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely updates for reporting and compliance.
  • Participate in hotline rotation to respond to enquiries and provide assistance when required.
  • Support the planning and coordination of memorial services and remembrance events.
  • Assist with logistics, setup, and on-site coordination when needed.
  • Provide guidance to junior staff or volunteers when required.
  • Support operational improvements and other duties assigned by the manager.

Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in Social Work or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Mature, independent and compassion in eldercare
  • Good understanding of Social Service and VWO settings
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications for documentation and reporting
  • Must possess class 3 driving licence.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.

The Job

The Cluster Lead supports the delivery and coordination of community care programmes within an assigned cluster. This role is responsible for beneficiary support, programme coordination, volunteer engagement, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of programmes within the assigned cluster.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for beneficiaries and provide support where needed.
  • Conduct beneficiary intake and ensure accurate data entry and record management.
  • Support the planning and coordination of outreach activities and events.
  • Coordinate distributions such as meals, grocery packs, or other support items.
  • Work with volunteers to support befriending programmes and visits.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are up to date for reporting.
  • Participate in hotline duty rotation and respond to enquiries when required.
  • Liaise with internal teams or external partners to ensure beneficiaries receive appropriate support.

Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in Social Work or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in community engagement or eldercare services is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and data management abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for events or urgent support.
  • Possess a good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaker recipients.
